You bring someone back from the dead. Who is it?

Can I bring someone back who hasn’t died yet but could potentially die before something important happens? I would bring George R.R. Martin back in the event that he passes away before finishing The Winds of Winter and A Dream of Spring. He needs I would like him to finish them because I need to know how accurate the show is and what happens to certain characters that aren’t in the show.
